Arnold specializes in weddings and engagements.  His style is often more photojournalistic (shooting as it happens and candid shots) and less traditional (posed shots).  This approach is perfect for weddings as not every shot can be posed.

Apart from skill, Arnold believes in having the appropriate gear to ensure a worry-free photo coverage.  As such, he uses at least two high-end digital SLR cameras and multiple high-end lenses.  Please visit "About Me" section to see his latest gear.

On April 14, 2010, Arnold Viray was appointed by the Philippine Consulate in Auckland as an official photographer for the Machine-readable Philippine passport.  Effective January 5, 2011, the Philippine Embassy in NZ will only issue e-passport.

Arnold also caters to passport and visa photos of virtually any country (NZ, Australia, US, Canada, etc.).

High-quality passport and visa photos are produced with a professional-grade digital SLR camera with studio flash setup, and printed on a genuine water and colour fade-resistant Canon photo paper. Time allocation is about 20 minutes per person from photoshoot to print.

You get 8 prints for the passport photo (Philippines or NZ) and the digital photo file (JPEG) formatted and ready for print at photo lab/shops should you need more copies later. The quantity of prints for visa photos depends on the country being applied for.

Price per person per type of passport/visa (cash only): $25. Home service within 15-minute drive from Auckland City Central. A minimum spend of $100 applies. Additional service fee will be charged if your location is farther than the 15-minute drive. Use "Get Directions" on Google Maps to find out your distance (Auckland Central, Auckland City). If your location is really far, like Hamilton, Whangarei, etc., an on-location photoshoot can be arranged if there is significant number of people. Please call to inquire.
